TRS is highly recommended for sealing residential and commercial structures such as driveways, parking decks, sidewalks, basements, and garage floor and masonry products such as pavers, block, clay brick, artificial brick, natural and artificial stone, motor, and stucco.
NEW ONCE AGAIN is proud to be certified to offer the most protective stain and salt blocking sealer for these porous surfaces, as well as antifungal sealers! We use a multi-purpose process that involves first cleaning the surface, then prepping the surface, before finally applying the appropriate sealer. This will not only keep this surface cleaner longer but will prolong the life of the surface protecting it from the fore-mentioned foot traffic, UV, water, salt, as well as organic and inorganic staining.

Thermo Reactive Sealer TM (TRS) is a proprietary silicone formulation – combined chemically reactive ingredients documented to form a cross-linked internal membrane barrier within porous surfaces such as concrete, brick, and stone. This barrier will wear away only when the substrate itself wears away below the lowest penetration of the sealer – which can be 20 years or more under conditions of normal wear. Under certain conditions, additional treatments may be required.

Substrates properly sealed with TRS become stronger, more moisture repellent, more resistant to stains, and resistant to dusting.

TRS is compatible with most glues and topical coatings. Most surfaces on or around residential or commercial properties are porous(for example, concrete, brick, stone, masonry, etc.). Water penetrates these surfaces and allows mildew and mold to take root deep within the pores, dirt from foot traffic, or oil and grease from actual traffic easily slip into hardscapes if they are not protected. This can result in the destruction of the surface and very possibly leading to cracks or slip hazards.
